You can do one or two things;
1 - Increase the pressure stat to 1.3 bar,
2 - Raise the water level in the boiler for more thermal mass so that you do not lose as much heat when the machine adds water to the boiler.

Why would my blood pressure be high in the morning than at night?

I would take a look at what is different in the morning than at night. Is there some type of environmental factor (Food, activity or stress)? Is there a medication that you are taking that is affecting your blood pressure? Is that medicine wearing off or are you taking too much? This should be considered as well. You can try performing some detective work yourself or set up an appointment with your primary care physician. Good Luck.

Why would my vehicle that is a 2006 Chevrolet 3500 express van with 6.6 Duramax engine be driving well and then all of a sudden drop to 45 mph. and then after 10 min. of sitting take off and drive fin

Not real familiar with your engine, but generally you have two coolant temp sensors. One just runs the dash gauge. the other speaks to the computer and acts sort of like a choke. If the computer thinks the engine temp is hotter or cooler than it actually is, fuel metering will be wrong. The more likely culprit is the low fuel pressure. I have even seen a bad fuel cap cause something like this, as these systems operate under pressure I believe.

TRIED TO GET SUPPER HEAT MEASSURMENT AFTER THAWING OUT THE EVAP. OUT SIDE TEMP WAS 95 THE SUCTION LINE TEMP 77 AND THE SUCTION PRESSURE WAS 42 AT THE GAUAGE. BUT THE SUCTION PRESSURE WOULD DROP PRESSURE...

You have to let the system run for a while for the suction pressure to stabilize, if the metering device is a TXV pressure will rise and fall as the valve opens and closes. If this is R22 you need to get the suction pressure up

1994 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.0 V6 Runs fine for about 10 min after that engine bogs down like it is not getting gas. I have replaced the fuel filter, map sencor, and fuel pressure regulator as was suggested...

Have you put a pressure gauge on and then drive to see if pressure drops. If it does it is likely the pump. Sometimes these problems lead to it being the computer.

96 s10 2.2 4cyl. running lean . It has new fuel pump and fuel filter. I've checked the converter, new 195 degree thermostat,changed fuel regulator,changed front 02 sensor, changed coils and Diagnostic tool...

I know you said new fuel pump and filter but I would recheck the fuel pressure. Drive the vehicle with the fuel pressure gauge on it and see if the pressure drops after 10 minutes.
