Removing the phones battery will reboot the phone. Many times this type of problem is caused by the phone memory at or near its capacity.

for full factory reset or we call this e2p hard reset...just type...*2767*3855# it works on all types or model of samsung phones...all files .contacts and messages or anything that you put in your phone will be deleted permanently

Login into the phone switch with your username and password
Type "CNFG"
Type "MOD EXTEN"
It should then let you change anything about the extension you want to.

just type anything you want.. then type the same passkey at the other phone..

type *2767*2878# it will reset the phone and other than black listing and phisical damage it will work

The default security code for Nokia is 12345 (try this first)

Close all applications on your phone. (if you can)
With your phone switched ON, remove the battery.
Then remove the SIM card.
Replace the battery without the SIM card and switch your phone on.
Type in the security codes (anything) until the phone request the Master code, (in the phone lock window) when it does, leave your phone still, don’t use it for 15 minutes, then type in the Master code.
This is the code needed to reset the Security code, nothing else, and it’s for your phone only.

i got that, i went to the telecom store and they said to go to a repair shop.

take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reflash the firmware and have it fix.

try to dismantle your phone...re-align flex cable/ribbon of your unit.
