The DXG company website does not list a model DXG-599V. There is a DXG-589 and a DXG-595 model which may be similar to yours. To download the Manual for either of these cameras go to the the following link: http://www.dxgusa.com/downloads and find the appropriate model.
I could only find the drivers for the DXG-589V Camcorder, and since I don't have a DXG-587V I can't test if the installation works or not, but it is worth a try. Here is your driver download: DXG-589V
Install the software after you download the driver. Plug in your Camcorder after the installation is complete. Your operating system should recognize the Camcorder and install the drivers.
