I have an Olympus Stylus 7030. The screen stays completely black when on (in fact, the lil light by the Power button that is supposed to stay lit, blinks and then doesn't stay on) but I can still take pictures, zoom, upload the pictures to my computer, etc. I noticed this the day after it was in my bag with a damp (not soaking wet) umbrella. Is this water damage? How can I fix it?

Sounds like you need a new LCD Screen(is the screen a little lit up or completely blank) If completely blank than most likely the LCD needs to be replaced if it appears to be slightly lit up than most likely it is a software related issue.
Most cameras will not be able to read pictures put on a card by a computer because of the different operating system....in fact, some cameras may even become corrupted by trying such a process. Are you sure you want to take the chance?
