If the belt bis turning the pully, and the axel is turning, how could the real solution be the bbelt??
If the pully and axel are turning when the drive is engaged, I'd check the Drive Control Assembly. The Pawl is probably not engaging properly.
I'm sorry, I meant the drive assembly that engages at the gear near the wheels. It includes the Torsion Springs, Pawls, Drive Disc, and Drive Retainers. NOT the Drive Control Assmbly
