there so so many reason why does not detect a blueray disc after you switching windows 7
1st may be your cd/dvd driver have a problem,
(solution) try to use other cd/dvd driver
2nd may be the window 7 installer you've use have a missing file.
(solution) try to re install the o.s but dont use the same cd you've use try other installer.
3rd your blueray disc is the problem
(solution) use your blue ray disc in other p.c window xp if running in xp try to use other pc using a window 7, if running in other unit may be your pc need to upgrade.

Use the restore disc or windows installation cd or dvd to install windows into the computer or perform a repair installation if a windows already exists on the computer and the setup can find it.
the product key is for the disc not the computer. it will be on the green and orange sticker on the back of the case, the one with the bar code on it. Or on a sticker on the bottom of the computer. I hope this helps.
