According to Lg Ue error code is an unbalanced load error code or uneven load error code you can also click this link from the LG site which describes some ways to alleviate the problem of the UE error code http://lgknowledgebase.com/kb/index.php?View=entry&EntryID=800. I have also found that if these ways do not remove the problem you may have to open the unit and check the damper struts that attach to the tub assembly. If one of these struts were not to be attached or have broken, or came away from the tub assembly this would also cause the UE error code as well with the unit. Also if you remove the rear panel you will see the stator which is basicly the motor as well as an rps sensor which helps the stator to rotate. I also have found that in some cases the center bolt that holds the stator in place sometimes unloosens and unscrews as well also causing this UE error code. So you would first try the methods that LG has listed in order to alleviate the UE error code and if there methods did not work then you would first look at the stator center screw to assure that it is tightened and in place. And secondly if the stator screw were in proper place and tight then you would look at the damper struts in the unit lastly. If you have any further questions message me back and please also remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation it allows me to continue helping others in similar situations in the future Thanks
Rick

My washing machine shows UE errors

The UE Error Code indicates that the laundry load is unbalanced. Just redistribute the load and when you shut the lid it should start to re-spin again. On some machine you have to push the start button.

UE probem for automatic manchine

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
'UE' means 'unbalance error'.
It is necessary to ensure absolutely that the machine has all 4 feet very firmly on the floor, and I mean firmly ;-0)

Doesn't matter whether it is empty or not but switch it off then-
very firmly push one front corner diagonally into the centre of the machine and see if the machine moves or rocks AT ALL, even the slightest. If it does you will need the open-ended spanner which came with the (new) machine........which of course went missing a long time ago?!! An adjustable spanner will suffice.
Adjust the foot under that corner downwards until it is very firmly- almost pushing- against the floor but not so far that the corner lifts up!
If this corner did not rock do the same to the other.
Once you cannot rock the machine the slightest little bit, screw the locking nuts up tight to the underside of the machine so that they will not move. Ideally the rear feet should also be locked.

(If this has not cured the problem it is possible that the internal suspension is malfunctioning.)

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

What does "ue'"mean?

UNBALANCE ERROR - Display shows UE.Laundry load is unbalanced, manually loosen any tangled laundry.
If only one item of clothing needs washing, such as a bathrobe or jeans, the final spin result might be unsatisfactory and an UE error message will be shown in the display. Unbalance error is cleared by POWER switch OFF and back ON.

Hi,i have a samsung washing machine,p1253.model and i keep getting a code UE,and it appears not to be spinning.....please advise what this code means and is it possible to read an instruction manual on...

Hi, UE error means unbalanced load, loosen the washing and try again, if the load is to heavy take out some of the washing and spin in 2 lighter loads.

UE Happens if you overload the washing machine.

CLICK HERE for the user manual.

Hope this helps.

(Dont forget the thumbs up if this helped)

Error code UE cause : Load is too small, load is out of balance( 1 or 2 large items) solution: Add items to help balance the load, rearrange load to allow proper spinning.... Hope this is useful .....

LG Washing Machine stops spinning in mid cycle

IE:

• Water supply is not adequate in
area.
• Water supply taps are not
completely open.
• Water inlet hose is bent.
• The filter of the inlet hose clogged.

Solution:
Check another tap in the house.
Fully open tap.
Straighten hose.
Check the filter of the inlet hose.

UE:
• Load is too small.
• Load is out of balance.
• The appliance has an imbalance
detection and correction system. If
individual heavy articles are loaded
(bath mat, bath robe, etc.) and the
imbalance is too great, after several
attempts to restart the spin cycle the
machine will stop and the error code
will be displayed.

Solution:
Add 1 or 2 similar items to help
balance the load.
Rearrange load to allow proper
spinning.

My manchine won't fill with water.

hi
it sounds like a faulty water valve, one way to check that is to connect the hot water hose to the cold tap and select hot water not cold and see if it fills if it does than it is the cold water valve faulty
cheers grant
