Fedders a6p09s2b air conditioner is missing the rubber drainage plug on the bottom of the AC...so it leaks all over the place im trying to get another one...where do i get one? so it could stop leaking...it RUINED my carpets!!!

These units have to have a pitch. Your units are mounted too straight (90 degrees), the pitch or inclination is supposed to be around 2 to 3 degrees outward ( toward the back of the unit)
And also there may be a rubber plug on the bottom of the AC for drainage.It has to be taken out.
Cut a piece of plywood to fit your window opening, install a flex connector like the one shown here, and use flexible duct to connect to your unit and the connector you attached to the plywood.
It is normal for water to exit out of the bottom.. That is the condesation from the dehumidifying action.. However the untit should be tilted stighly toward the back of the unit so it drips out side..
If the water is "leaking" out of the bottom at a place that should not be - it could be that a portion of the (should be dealed bottom) has a breach.. Ifs thats the case - remove the cover - find were the "leak" is and patch it with some glue..

Im not sure I understand the problem. Your AC runs about 4 minutes then the compressor stops and the fan stops as well? What is the model of the air conditioner?
