Perhaps the newest version of Adobe Flash Player isn't installed.
Sometimes you have to use the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller, then download, and install the newest version of Adobe Flash Player.

Adobe Flash Player may not automatically remove the old version. If the old version isn't removed, the new version won't install.

On line 1 click on the blue - uninstall_flash_player.exe (229KB)
In the small box that comes up click on Save File.
Now in the other small window that comes up look at the heading at the top.
This is where the file will be downloaded to.
Write it down.
It may have Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads in the heading.
(Desktop, Documents, and Downloads for Vista, and Win7)
1) If it has Desktop in the heading the file will be on your desktop screen.
2) If it has My Documents in the heading, click on Start, then click on My Documents.
3) If it has Downloads in the heading, click on Start, click on My Documents, double-click on Downloads.
When you see the file name - uninstall_flash_player.exe - double-click right on it.
Follow the simple instructions of the Installation Wizard.
(Just click on Next, Next, and Finish)
When you are done restart your computer.
Now go back to Adobe, and download the newest version of Adobe Flash Player.

After you have installed the newest version restart your computer if it does not state so.
