Most likely your control board: The board with the large processor that controls most of the picture formation is bad. Sounds like it is under warranty if it is only a month old.
those are going to be dust spots on the LCD panels internal to the optical engine. i suggest that you take the screen off and take off the panel i nthe middle of the tv with 2 screws in it and there will be an area that has 3 metal fins covering thin orange ribbon cables. the 3 square objects at the end of those ribbon cables will be the LCD panels spray wiht air compressor unitl clean and that should greatly help your problem.
a bright thin line in centre is called horizontal line.
first of all do not keep tv on unless it is rectified.
BUT
If you want to put on tv keep brightness minimum to protect your screen for any demage.

your problem is in vertical section.
1 check vertical supply.
2 check parts in vertical section or loose contact.
3 yoke connrctor loose
4 ic defective
It is not serious problem can be rectified easily
I would suspect a connection breaking down as the set heats up. A shop will probably have to put the set in a stand to hold it while they check for loose connections or defective components inside. Not a DIY job by any means. If this line went completely through the picture either vertically or horizontally and stayed there then this would have indicated a failure in the Panel itself. A thin Line any where on the screen consisting of one pixel in width is a Panel Failure according to Hitachi.
