normally when this occurs, its means the SD card is dead and u will need to replace it.
try connecting the sd card into a different computer or another external SD card reader. If it shows up . right click and click format. If it says it cant format it it means the card needs to be replaced.
click start click on my computer you should see your sd drive right click then select format another way is to control panel administration tools computer management disk management right click on your sd drive select format hope this helps
