My Mobile Karbonn K 217- (IME No.359791023495626) was purchased from Cell Communications, Broadway, Ernakulam as per rt No.2310 dated 15.05.2010. The Instrument went without disply and hence handed over to the authorised service point at Manakkad, Attakkulangara, Trivandrum on 25.04.2011with ackn acknowledgement No 6106 dated 25.04.2011. I am residing 130 away from this service point and hence traveled several times to get back the mobile repaired. Each time they advised me to call on them in the subsequent week. Till this date, I have not got back the phone. I have already contacted the Karbonn mobile coy through their 'contact us' page in their web. No response. Now I have no other alternative but to approach the respective Consumer Redressal forum for a solution. I also propose to contact Newspapers, TV Channels and send emails to my friends relatives and other VIPs numbering about 250 with whom I have regular contacts, describing the sour experience I had with the Karbonn Mobiles Coy.Kindly advice me whether there is any other alternative .
