Welcome to the world of Windows 7. Don't you miss Windows XP? LOL, Windows 7 is a nightmare just like Vista.

Anyway I think it's your Memory. You mentioned moving the memory chips around, but you didn't mention trying one at a time. I think one of them is bad.

Memory ChipRemove the Power Cord, Open the Case and remove one of thememory chips. Set the chip aside then try rebooting the computer. If it boots, then you know the memory chip you set aside is bad so mark an x onit with an ink pen. If it fails to boot then move the chip to the nextmemory slot and try rebooting. If it fails take the chip out and set itaside, then put the other chip in and try booting it in both slots. If itboots, just to verify that the chip set aside is bad, mark an x on it and putit into the open memory chip slot and try booting.Try just working with one of them in Slot 1 and swap them out in just Slot 1.

Oh, I just thought of something else, Maybe you have bad Capacitors on the motherboard. Remove the Power Cord, Remove the Case. Take a flash light and look inside the computer at the capacitors. They look like little Battery Towers. If any of them are spewing corrosion out of them, they can cause the computer to go crazy just like yours is doing.

Hello
That is a video device problem.First you need to check you monitor cable,it runs from the monitor into the back of the pc into your video device.
Hopefully you have a video card, but check that the cable is secure and tight. You may want to remove it and put it back on just to be sure.

If this doesnt help try restarting the pc and hold the f8 key down and select safe mode.If you get a picture on your monitor you may need to reinstalll the video drivers. If not then you have a bad video card or a bad video chip depending on what is in your pc.

Computer see the monitor

if the moniter is an Acer brand, the logo could just be the moniters sceensaver and not the actual computer. If you have tried other computers and connections that you know to be working it would seem to place the fault with the moniter. try googling the brand and model of the moniter to see if there are any known faults and fixes.

My samsung 923 nw wont display anything!!

check to see if you get image when lowering the resolution, do this with yoru older monitor try to bring it to a basic 800x600 with 16 bit color depth. then switch monitors and see what happens. If this monitor is energy efficient you may want to check on the power savings settings for your computer.

No signal input

Check the coolant between the CPU and the cooler to ensure it's not simply over heated.
