call *2 - sometimes the rep will help you over the phone and other times they will tell you to take it in to the store to have it reset.

The Sanyo PRO-700 is like all Sprint phones and uses the CMDA network so no Sim card is used. You can take the phone to the Sprint store and have the clerk's use the transfer machine and that should delete the duplicate entries.
