I have an NSM Performer Grand. The title cards won't move (rotate, whatever) When you press the rocker switch on the front which is supposed to rotate to the next cards you get "Error 90" but nothing moves. Can you help? I'm at my wits' end.

I have the exact same issue going on with my Performer Grand. I took out all title cards, but still receive error code 90, 91 and/or 92. Did you ever get yours resolved?

Normally that problem is because a card is jammed.

(The Manual will tell you only that Code 90 means the title display isn't functioning, which of course you already know)

Open up the title card box and start removing the holders until you find one that's askew. Normally, for reasons which I don't understand, you end up taking them all out but sometimes you can just yank a few and it will start working again.

Note however that the logic chip will not reset just because the problem is fixed. You have to shut it down (like a balky computer) and then turn it back on. If the problem is cleared it will reset the code and you're good to go.

I have an nsm performer wall jukebox ( just purchased). I am having problems rotating the cd display cards. They constantly jam, even with all the cards removed the jam error codes show. Any ideas? HELP

Is the problem the cards or something else? There are what is called optics that keep track of the position of the cards. If one of these is dirty or bad then the box has no way of knowing where the cards are. Do the motors run and move the cards at all?

NSM Grand Performer II Jukebox error code 31

Hi

This is a problem with the memory. Contact nsm music and ask for the IC5 battery, £35. " 2 minute job, open the jukebox, immiediatly in front of you on the main board, look for IC5, The battery is directly under the writing. A black battery about 2" in length. Replace that power up and your done. A jukebox repair will charge you some riddiculous price for this. hope this helps cheers dandares

Cd player doesn't work

This is doc-fix. The C D motor is supposed to spin spin, at all times when selection. then the C D record makes selection.
in that sequence.
See if motor spins by finger twirl? Is it turn 3,or 4 turns?
if it is binding on the black plastic, then that has to be corrected. if the motor is getting no power (electric power)
then there will be no spinning. need a diagram , showing how
motor power goes into the C D HEAD TO MEASURE VOLTAGE???
