Sounds like a good cleaning of the coils and bottom pan would work
Don't forgrt to tilt the unit back off level a bit after cleaning.
Use a good coil cleaner spray

Check your compressor for over heat (put your hand on it without burning)
Check for ice on back wall of freezer and on the freezer coils (defrost problem)
Check cond fan in back of fridge.
Clean cond coils
