circular element has gone. remove rear panel inside oven and element will be in sight. to replace, remove also back external panel and element is held in by two nuts usually. make a note of wiring before starting. element cost is about £30

bad timer, or the elements are bad. or the breakers are all kicked. check the breakers and the gfci plugs for the kitchen, just as is below.
for the apartment problem, check the breakers in the breaker box, and turn off then back on. if still not working, check the kitchen plugs for a gfci plug (has a tiny push button in the middle, push to reset) being kicked.

Try pressing the first 2 buttons on the left, and the last button on the right of the timer all at the same time.
It may differ to this depending on the actual model, but it is usually a combination of 2 or 3 buttons.

When i turn on the kitchens rings,they turn on for 10 seconds and after turn off for half minute and this process continue to repeate again and again. The indicates of screen change allte time, and i dont know whats happen with the kooker.Please inform me what to do. Thtank you!

Most common problem is that the grill element is probably faulty/blown. Also check the wiring at the grill element terminals as wiring sometimes burns off. The grill controllers don't normally get faulty as they generally last a lot longer than the elements.
