SAMSUNG WF337AA BRAND NEW BUT WILL NOT DRAIN WATER
machine keeps throwing up 5E code for clean filter.Have done this 4 times,water still won't drain or machine spin.

Either there is a plug in one of the drain lines or the pump is bad. There is a water pump that pushes the water out of the basket. That pump can go bad, causing the 5C error. There are several videos on Youtube that show how to check this and replace the pump. Search for Samsung Washer Won't Drain.
If your Samsung washer is in the middle of a drain cycle and the 5E error code shows on your washers display, it means that the water is not properly draining out of the washer. Something may be clogged, jammed, or blocked and thus preventing water from draining out of the washer.

Hello, The 5E error mean: Pump won’t empty - not draining As usual with these error codes for not draining the first thing to do is check the pump filter but, on Samsung washing machines, the drain pump itself is often faulty. You can find how to fix this problem on youtube, just text it "Samsung washing machine 5E error".
Hello & Welcome to FixYa 5E is a water drain error and occurs when the water level frequency does not show changes. First clean the debris filter located at the bottom of the washer and then turn the unit back on after 15 minutes. Please get back to me if you have any other questions. Kevin
could the code be 5e if it is a 5e then the problem would be
5E is displayed if the water level frequency detected is 25 KHz or less in the initial phase of the UNB -detecting cycle. The Water Drain error can be cleared by turning POWER SW OFF and back ON. Hi dear.5E code meaning on Samsung washer's,DRAIN fault.1-Please check drain hose for kink or clogged where it gets end.2-Please slowly open the machine's filter & drain the water inside the washer.Take out the filter & check it,if there is any thing blocks the filter or pump,try to clean it & put it back.It should comes back to normal.(If non of that's happening you might have defactive pump,call service centre.)Run the spin program & make sure it's draining now.I hope that helps.Thanks.
