If it is just the remote and the Jandy PowerCenter is still working normally, I would first check that the 4 wire cable to the one-touch is intact using a continuity tester. If you verify that the wiring to the remote is fine, then there is a problem with the one-touch remote which can be fixed.
If see other problems when controlling the pool with the Jandy PowerCenter, then the main problem is probably that the powercenter is not getting the power to the one-touch. Hence the powercenter would need to be repaired.
