Download the HP universal driver, plug in printer turn it on. Select the HP universal driver.

Your driver is not sending color data. Either your driver is set to print in geayscale, or you are printing through a monochrome driver to the IP address of the CP 2025

Change the cartridge (Toners)

Your fastest fix is probably to do an NVRAM reset.

1. Turn off the printer
2. Press and hold the select (check mark) and cancel job (x) buttons together
   
3. Turn on the printer
4. When you see "Permanent storage init" on the screen, release the buttons.
   

Unplug all cables and cords after turning off the HP CP2025. Hold down the "OK" and the small left-directed return arrow button. While holding them down, reconnect the power cord and turn the machine on. The screen will display "Permanent Storage Init." Release the two buttons. It will then ask you what language you want. Follow the prompts. Thanks to Edward Paulinski and his instructions for the HP 3300. I was able to convert his instructions to work on this model!

Try this: 1. unplug all cables from back of unit (turn power off as well) 2. while the printer is off hold down the * and 5 3. while holding them turn printer on 4. continue to hold buttons until display reads 'Permanent Storage Init' 5. then release buttons 6. at the end of reset it will ask you to select language and location, just press enter then 1 to confirm Hope that works!!
