We've had this problem for about a yr when i finally firgured out how to correct it.
the problem is that the circuit board is attached to the washer, when it starts to shake it causes the connections to loosen and theats the fault code you get.
How I fixed this was to suspend the circuit from a bungie strap this will allow the washer to shake all it wants and the circuit board is stable, connections stay tight andwasher works fine, after 6 months not one error code at all

F11 is a code that referes to communication error between the central control unit and the motor control unit. Disconnect power. Check wire harness connections to motor and control board. Check drive belt, visually inspect to see if belt is broke. Check drive motor, visually confirm motor operation. It is possible that if the belt broke it may have slung around in the cabinet and damaged or loosened the wire harness connection at the motor. The F11 fault is the motor. I have had this issue myself and found that replacing the contact brushes solved this. The brushes on most electric motors are made from carbon, and wear down with use. They are spring loaded but have a limited life span. These are also cheap to purchase.

F11 is a serial communication error. Communication between the main board and the motor control board is not being sent correctly. This could be a bad main board, motor control board or motor itself. The testing can get pretty involved. Try putting the machine in a self test mode and see if the error clears. Press Cancel, then by pressing the drain spin button once on the left side then move to the spin speed button the the right. Press this button until no-spin lights. Press the prewash button 4 times. C00 should appear in the display. Let it run it's tests, there will be 8 of them and end up on C08. If this doesn't work, it's best you wait for the service tech.
