I have a canon mp 240 and it Prints fine if you only need half of the document. It cuts everything in half! Like it reads the header wrong or blows up the words or make extra spaces. How can I get it to print whats on the screen! I have it set to 8 and a half by 11 and if it all fits on word, it should fit on the paper!!! plz help.

Try unplugging your communication cable and turn everything off. Turn everything back on and plug in the cable. If that doesn't work delete the printer from your printer list and re-install it. Usually in this type of scenario it's a communication issue.

I thought maybe you have the paper size set to Landscape rather than Portrait. If not, then you might look at:

Printing Area To ensure the best print quality, the machine allows a margin along each edge of media. The actual printable area will be the area inside these margins.

Borderless Printing
