Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
WEP stands for Wired Equivalent Privacy, A WEP key is a security code used on some Wi-Fi networks. WEP keys allow a group of devices on a local network (such as a home network) to exchange encoded messages with each other while hiding the contents of the messages from easy viewing by Outsiders.
Concerned.
Usually the default WEP key is a manufacturer password that your router is provided with. Can be found sometimes on a label sticker under the unit back cover. for a specific WEP key please visit Belkin support site and choose the right model number. for more details regarding WEP key please have a look here http://compnetworking.about.com/od/wirelessfaqs/f/wep_keys.htm or just check it on Wikipedia for a more comprehensive guide.
