Yes, the use of safe sync adapters will not affect the camera's ability to provide the proper switching voltage.

Check your "Sync Settings" under the device in iTunes, specifically the "Music Sync" settings. Make sure that the songs you want on your iPod are selected from your Library as syncing. The easiest way to ensure this is to simply sync your entire library.

Is the SMDV 10 SM 512 hot shoe safe sync the same connection for all digital SLR cameras?

Most brands of camera's do have own hot shoes for the flash light. That is because they al have a different protocol for starting and stopping a flash, when the camera should measure the amount of light coming back. (TTL or through the lens)
And perhaps, to keep costumers to their own brand?
I found my Nikon commander is capable to trigger my canon flash too, but only to start it not to stop. so the flashes accept commands from more than one brand.

My wireless wii nunchuck doesnt work i plug in thr adapter to wii remote and turn it on it just flashes blue

There should be a sync button on the nunchuck or adapter press it. Then press the sync button(small red button)on the front of the wii console which is located behind the SD card access door. This should sync the nunchuck to the wii.

How can i hook my sunpak 544 to my rebel xti without a slave unit reacting from my internal flash?i see no sync plugs to use on the unit. do they make an adapter or something?

All photo shops hold "hotshoe to PC" adapters for a few bucks. This solves your problem, supposed you have the hosehold-to-PC cable that comes with the 544 as accessory. If not, such cable can be obtained at better photo shops or from www.paramountcords.com. You must know that the flash can be used together with your camera only in Aperture Priority or Manual mode (flash set to auto), or as a fill flash (flash set to Power Ratio mode). The 544 has safe sync voltage.

Wont sync

You cant sync with another PC even if u sync all the data erases... because all the data which u have on your ipod relates to your PC itunes.

Yes, you can use the flash if your camera has a PC connector.

Or, check the trigger voltage: under 7VDC = OK on hotshoe.

How to use a sync

Sync is usually an option on the Video Adapter.
Usually, set it on or off, or a scale, (default, never, application).

On the monitor, check the manual, and perhaps with others, setting sync on the monitor, has in the past, given me some problems.

Olympus digital camera E 20 my camera has 5.0 megapixels. I was photographing horizontally and then vertically and as I shifted my hands I pressed a button somewhere on the left hand side of the camera and the screen went totally black. I have an Olympus E-20p. Recently, when powering I have an Olympus E-20p. Recently, when powering on with the dial set to program mode, I hear a clicking sound that changes tones (two distinct patterns of clicking) and then goes away. The control panel shows the following numbers in this order: 084 500 161 502 284. Sometime during this process, the red light blinks showing the CF card is being accessed, but then camera doesn't respond. I can't take any photos. If I turn the camera off and set the dial to playback mode, then turn the camera back on, the camera accesses the CF card and lets me view the contents of the card on the monitor. The control panel shows the batter indicator and the CF card indicator. As far as I know, the camera has not been dropped. Can anyone provide any information about what may be happening? Thanks!
