Kenmore oasis he beeping during cycle

My washing machine was 1 month out of warranty when i came home from church to find it washing on its own with the lid actually open on the machine. the sears repair guy came out and said he could not find anything wrong with it - once he left i washed a load of clothes and it started beeping on and off during the cycle. now that is what it does througout every cycle that i wash. i just noticed a code of "HC" on the screen. do you know what this means? any help would be appreciated.

Kenmore Oasis no error code keeps beeping low -loud

If its the main board that you are having an issue with, honestly i will suggest to get a new one instead, might cost you as much as buying a new one if you are going to have it repaired.

Excessive noise during the spin cycle. we have owned the washer for 16 months. problem started 1 wk. the machine is level.

It's noisy Most noises from a washing machine occur during the spin cycle. If you hear loud thumping during the spin, the load of clothes may have become unbalanced. Stop the washer and redistribute the clothes, then re-start it. Repeat these steps if necessary.

Kenmore Oasis HE shakes violently during spin cycle

Machine legs should be adjusted so that machine is level and standing on all four legs. The load in the machine should be evenly distributed. Utube has an excellent video on washing machine repair.

Strange rubbing sound during the wash cycle

This is not normal. Call the store as soon as possible and tell them what you hear as there is a full warranty. If you do not get immediate satisfaction stop payment and tell the store to come get their lemon.

tell them you want another one.  It sounds like a bad start up capacitor on the motor.  Nothing you can do but wait and boil.

3 audible beeps every 20-25 seconds

Try unplugging the washer for about 20 minutes then plug back in and use. I have found that this actually works! The only thing I can figure out is that it takes time for the electronic control to clear. If that doesn't fix the problem I would call sears tech since it is less than a year old. They have a 1-2 year warranty.

Kenmore Oasis HE Error Codes

I had the same problem with the computer dashboard at exactly the 6 month mark. Since then, one month later my washer has stopped filling with water. I have been without a washer and a dryer for a total of 3 months during the warranty period. Good luck on getting answers. I truely feel sorry for you.
