I thought I had this same "problem" with my onboard Aura on a DC-16RGTE. It's not actually a problem. The onboard images are images of the actual guitar model you own. You can't change them to other guitar images. You can only change the EQ settings by editing each image. Your guitar is your guitar - images & all. The Aura imaging app isn't a thing for us onboard owners.

You could call Martin Guitars at 1-888-433-9177, or visit their website:
http://www.martinguitar.com/contact

And/or try Fishman:
http://www.fishman.com/contact
Although they don't have a recognizable toll free number, they do have an online form.

If you have access to support for your computer, you could try that, instead.

Good luck, and I hope this helps!

Fishman aura pro -the manual states the tuner will work whether plugged into the jack or just accoustically alone. Mine only works when the 1/4 jack activates the preamp. I have held the tuner button in to...

Is the "Play/Edit" switch set to "Play?" That could be the culprit, but since you said you have used the tuner while the 1/4" jack is connected, I assume you are already aware of this possible solution.

If the Play/Edit switch is in the proper position, yet the tuner only works when the 1/4" jack is connected, then I'm led to believe the issue is an internal one with the preamp's tuner switch or maybe the power switch that's activated when the 1/4" jack is connected. I have reached this conclusion because the tuner is obviously getting power when the 1/4" jack is connected, so power itself isn't an issue; getting the power to the tuner when no 1/4" is connected is the issue, and that means there a bad switch or relay somewhere in the Aura itself.

Contact the manufacturer. Fortunately, I use the pedal version of the Aura on a daily basis and have had to contact Fishman for tech support in the past, and they're really great about it. So get in touch with them and explain the issue; I'm sure they can help.

Good luck!

I have a casio privia px-130, and I'm trying to use it as a MIDI on FL Studio, but it won't show up in FL Studio. Is there a driver that I have to download?

Make sure you follow the steps of the procedure below exactly. Connecting incorrectly can make data
send and receive impossible.
1.
Turn off the digital piano and then start up
your computer.
ā€¢ Do not start up the music software on your computer
yet

3.
Turn on the digital piano.
ā€¢ If this is the first time yo
u are connecting the digital
piano to your computer, the driver software required
to send and receive data will be installed on your
computer automatically.
4.
Start up your computer's music software.
5.
Configure the music software settings to
select one of the following as the MIDI device.
CASIO USB-MIDI

Ellipse Aura not recognized as a Fishman retail product when connected via USB.

If you purchased your Aura separately from your guitar, then that is definitely an issue. I have no suggestion.

Hello guys, i have a problem with my midi keyboard. My PC doesn't recognize the USB connection and i can't find any solution.

Well first start by verifying USB port works by plugging in a hard drive or something thus proving you have a good port and USB Cable. At which point hook the keyboard up ( and make sure to properly install drivers provided on cd with purchase) being a pc this may take several attempts to install. What software are you trying to control? Reason? Logic? Fruityloops?

I bought a second hand Fishman LoudBox Performer. The problem is that the Aux-in for the headphone doesn't work. So sick... What can I do? tnx

I don't understand your question. The "Aux in" is just that an input that goes to the power amp. Please note that the Fishman Loudbox does NOT have a headphone jack so don't be disappointed as there plain isn't a headphone jack on this unit. I would recommend that you get a small headphone amplifier for the purpose... or even go to a thrift store and get an old stereo system that has a headphone jack and use that.
