Where can I find instructions on how to create a DVD slide show using the Memorex ArcSoft Total Media Extreme software that I have. It came with no instructions.

1. Click the Windows Start button (on the bottom left corner of your desktop on the TaskBar).
2. All programs Click on ArcSoft Connect
3. "View my ArcSoft Info"

If you haven't registered your product yet:

1. Click the Windows Start button (on the bottom left corner of your desktop on the TaskBar).
2. Select All programs -> ArcSoft Connect -> Start ArcSoft Connect
3. A pop-up window will display on the bottom of your screen .
4. Once highlighted, Click on the arrows to the right of the text.
5. Then click on "Register my ArcSoft Products"

YOU MUST GET PICTURES AND PLACE THEM IN THE CREATE A SLIDE SHOW AREA. ONCE YOU HAVE SEVERAL OF THEM HIT CREATE SLIDE SHOW. YOU CAN COPY AND PASTE PICTURES FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

this could be a problem as simple as low rescurces when you are burning your disk or even maybe needing a new fresh install of Arcsoft, it has been known to happen, as always its a process of elimination. firstly make sure you minimise whats running when you are creating your dvd, if that doesnt help move to the next step. uninstall and reinstall Arcsoft, look into the settings and maybe increase the priority of Arcsoft also.

well first check whether your dvd rom is shown in my computer and is it is there try to burn a dvd using windows dvd maker using some vido files if this works you better download the new arcsoft dvd slide show tha is compatible with windows 7 64bit edition cuz it needs special software
or try thease software patches from the vendor site the say they are windows 7 compatible just read and download them you do not need to unistall your current version

may be the software you are using is a demo version.so uninstall it and install the full version

I would advise for you to use a program like revo uninstaller that does it all for you.

Mine came with Arcsoft Total Media
Extreme. At first it did a great job of making movies. It has been freezing up lately.
You should have gotten a copy with the cam or a link to download it at least. If not, buy a vid editing package that supports hd mov files. The compression is h2.64 I think.
