All doors on our 2002 Kia Sedona VAn are closed - this past weekend it shows on the dash board that there is a door open and it dings but all doors are closed. I slow down and it starts beeping we turn a corner and it beeps - HELP driving us crazy

No there is no fuse. If all the doors are closed check to see if the door ajar light is on your dash if it is you have a problem with 1 of the 4 door ajar sensors.

Open door light & beeper on in 2003 Kia Sedona but doors are closed

Try disconnecting battery for a couple of minutes and then reconnect. Hope this helps

I think it might be friction on the tires making the smell. About getting the car out, if you can still open the drivers seat door, and do this...
Get it towed!
If that doesn't work...
Depending on how big the ditch is...
Big, Ramp Small, Rent a crane!
(I was being sarcastic right there, but it might work! Ask a van expert first though...)

I have a 2006 kia sedona who's passenger side door will not latch closed. We opened it fine tonight but it will not close now, the part of the latch that is at the left side of the door that is close...

it sounds like the lockinbar is out of alignment it a case of trial and error to adjust it to the right position

only one way i know off and thats to remove the front seats so the door panel can be taken off .its difficult i know but not insurmountable

should like water has frozen inside the door on the mech, its probely released by now , or water has cause a short in the door electrics

Rear door latch of 2002 diahatsu cuore jammed in closed position and cannot close the door

take some lithium grease and spray it into the latch assembly. Then with one person holding the door handle in the open position, take something like a screw driver and try to work the latch open and close.

Rightside interior door handle not opening door

It could mean the rod connecting the handle to the latch has broken. You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. and you can access the innards of the door

Check connector on door.it may be dirty or stuck.open door and it should be on side of door

Hi i have a 2005 kia carnival i just changed flasher unit but every time i drive the beeping noise comes on .its only ever come on i key is still in egnition and door is open or head lights on but now comes on as you drive faster and stops as you come to a stop .it even does in reverse. driving us nuts coyld it be bad etacs unit or other part. regards jay
