Question about KitchenAid Dishwashers
is a Floater inside the tub protecting against overflow. when it is
pushed up (by too much water) or stuck by debris, and does not fall
down to its inactive position, it can prevent water from filling.
Make sure there is no debris, and move the floater up and down until it falls down in its normal position.
There is a floor cover underneath the door, it has a repair manual glued to it on the back. you can use "diagnostics" mode by pushing a specific sequence on the front panel, allowing you to go through each cycle in an accelerated way.
