Try to check the circuit... as when there is an circuit fault it gains high amperage and hence fuse shut the current till it regain. It happens to save your device.. don't be doctor. Get it done by authorized person or somthing or it will cost your more then your device cost...

Roomba 4106 new battery charged but wont start

see the diodes, resistor, capacitor inside for test.
since the battery is new, the power charger is faulty, power regulator IC is bad.

The kirby wont start no power

Start by checking to insure you're getting proper voltage through the cord. Make sure the bag emptor and front brush roll nozzle are installed properly as each must activate the switch for it to run. It could have a defective switch.
