Have you realized this requires you to take the phone into the service store?

The nature of your problem is not serviceable by you or us, it needs to be tested on diagnostic equipment at the phone store.

Motorola I776, Only works on speaker phone.

Replace the flip assembly, the ear receiver is dead and thats why you cant hear, replace the flip and you'll be fine, its not expensive and this is a common issue with motorola flip phones.
