There's a good chance you have failing electrolytic capacitors most likely in the power section.
Any caps in this or other sections that look bulged at the top, or bulged/leaking at the bottom need to be replaced.
If you repeatedly turn it off and on, eventually it'll probably turn on, but every time you turn it off, the TV will get harder and harder to start up until one day it just won't.

If you aren't tech savvy, don't worry, read the rest of this solution and watch the videos.

If you are handy with a soldering iron and can identify the power supply and inverter / FM section for the backlights, an inexpensive handful of capacitors will likely fix you right up.
Match the capacitance on the capacitors. Go over voltage if you can, and still have them fit.
IE - it's not a bad idea to replace a 10V cap with a 16V or 25V or even a 50V, but don't replace a 680uF cap with a 500uF or a 1000uF (unless you are positive it's only doing ripple filtering, and even then, you should go OVER, not under the uF rating).

Most of the caps that go are 10V 1000uF or 3300uF.

I found some great videos of the procedure (for many Samsungs with the same issue) on youtube.

As you can see, this issue spans plasma TVs, as well as large and small LCD and projection TVs and monitors.
The parts are cheap, and skill required is minimal.

I am not versed on all the error codes (mostly because they usually only lead to a board, not a component) but my guess would be a power board error, which is going to have the same solution as I recommended.

Good Day, Girl 1;
Hey, Girl 1, I have four girls not counting my wife . So, helping you may be difficult. Just kidding!
I would highly suspect that you have fluid on your TV's PCB's (printed circuit boards).
So, at this point that you should call an Authorized Service Center and have them give you an estimate before any repairs are performed.
If you want to try repair on your own e me at [email protected].

Thanks you and Good Luck, big IRISH.

WS-55807 power up problem

If you are handy with a multimeter you can check all of the pico fuses the little green 5 amp fuses. Most likley you will find one of those shorted F95A01 most likley but could be another. You will need to change this and also your convergence amps. These three parts are most likely shorted in your set. You are looking at about 250-350 from a competent repair shop.

WON'T STAY ON

That is a typical problem in the power supply. It could be a switching regulator that has i think 7 pins, but it gets the power supply up and running with around 157VDC. If that is missing the set won't power up at all. Where are you located. I'm in Louisville Kentucky. Let me know if that works for you. Keep in mind there are quite a few fuses in there too. so check those. I think on that model there is 7 or 9 fuses to check. Talk to you soon. Jay
