Slow or no drain of water. cleaned out sump covers and ran drain cleaner thru cycle. looking for possible secondary filter.

possibility is the pressure chamber or hose (pressure chamber to sump) is blocked and the microswitch is being activated because the water is not entering the tank quick enough. Isolate from electric, remove lid and left panel (looking from the front). There is a plastic chamber bottom right of left side with two microswitches, either this is blocked or the hose that runs from it to the right and along the back of the kick panel and into the sump. Clear either or both (make sure all hoses are pushed true when repositioning). Check also that the spray arm holes are not blocked as the water flowing through them makes the arm spin, if they are block the pressure is reduced. Finally, remove the filters and look into the sump (if the back of the sump is 12 o clock) look at approx 2 oclock and you will see a hole that draws the water in to circulation pump (sometimes covered with an extra piece of plastic that can be clipped off) put you finger in there and see if you can feel any obstructions, if so remove. (you may find that cling wrap or a dishwasher tab packet has got in there and is stopping the motor running to full capacity.

If you are handy what you will have to do is unclog it. DO NOT USE DRAIN CLEANER. Pull out the filters, clean out the **** and you are good to go. Once you are done with that run it a couple of times and you should be good.

I believe the 'sump plug' to which you refer is actually the cover over the drain filter which should be removable for clearing/cleaning on a regular basis!

I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor/pump lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to rinse or spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Following are my complete and hopefully 'coverall' pre-typed guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT (alternatively use a wet vac as sensibly suggested by VinnyB1234!)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!). These panels are either held on by (plasic) screws or will just pull off. Most filters are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play.
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning.

You shouldn't notice a difference if you remove the air filter. So I would replace it. Also if you are using compressed air to clean or blow-out the carb. Be careful, its not recommended and could make it worse.

"o" is an unsual code. usually it will have an "f" then a number. it may be that you are having a draining issue. is the unit full or have some water left in it? if so take off the front panel and see if you can remove the sump cover. be ready for water to come out, then remove whatever is blocking the pump and sump area. it most liekly has lint or items in there causing no drain.

It is possible that it ran thru the entire cycle but was unable to drain teh waste water ( usually the result of a clogged filter screen in the bottom of your dishwasher).. I suggest you either hand bail the water out and look for the drain filter screen or check where the drain hose is hooked up under your sink and possibly into the side of a garbage disposal..That could be clogged up too... Hope that helps...

take the front cover off and have a bucket and towels ready ,, remove the hose clamp off the drain line and remove it slowly to keep up with the water that will seep out of the line after it stops draining run water theu the drain and flush the system the take the hose off and run water thru it ,, out side,, then check if it goes into an air gap clear both sides of the air gap and all hoses,, if after doing all of this and it still won't drain, you will need to change the pump

rafbx in looking this complain over I got to thinking. You said the filter is clean. Have you tried running water over the filter to see if it will go thru? If not give that a try. Slow steady stream of water then put the filter under the water. It should go straight thru. If not then wash the filter with some detergent until the water goes straight thru. I have seen this before. Give it a try, you may be suprised.
