Your cmos has become corrupted.
1. remove AC and battery power
2. press power ON for more than 30secs (around 1min is good).
3. release and attach battery/AC
4. power ON as normal
This should clear the cmos on Toshiba laptops, it can be glitchy. If it doesn't you could possibly have a faulty cmos battery, or it may need to be reset manually which will require opening the laptop.
