Hi there,
If your memory card is full, you have to delete from it to create more space on it. if you do not delete fron the memory card, you wont be able to create space on your memory card.
Hope that fixed your problem.
Have a lovely day.
Plugging the SD card into your laptop and its saying it full, double click My Computer and it will display your memory card, double click your memory card will open up a new screen with all your pictures in them left click the mouse and drag it to all the pictures you dont want, after selecting the pictures you dont want right click a highlighted picture and click delete, this will remove the pictures from your memory card, if you would like to keep the pictures highlight all the pictures on your memory card right click one of them and left click either Copy or Cut, doing this will copy all the highlighted pictures go to your documents and in an empty space right click it and select Paste this will place all the highlighted pictures onto your documents, after which you can go back to your memory card and delete them all this will free up space so you can take more pictures
Did you delete the pictures from the internal camera memory and not the SD card? An easy way to solve this problem would be to insert the card into your computer and open up "My Computer". In here you should see your memory card mounted as a usable drive. Open up the SD card, select everything in it by pressing "Control" + "A" and then hitting delete. This will clean everything off of the card. If you want to save the files from the card first, simply make a folder somewhere on your PC and drag all of the files from the SD card into that folder after pressing "Control" + "A". If you are still getting an error stating your card is full after removing them this way you may need to re-format the card or it may be malfunctioning.
