Hi, my problem goes like this.i changed my yahoomail password just 1 month ago. since i work regularly. i dont open my mail that often. since i dont go on the net for about half a month. i forgot the password of it. i tried using my other password in case id have access to it. but i did not succeed. i was thinking and thinking about a password but unfortunately. i really cant remember it. and all my contacts are there. all the important files are in there. before. in year 2004.i clearly remember this same situation happened but i immediately got my account back by clicking on forgot password link. this link just asked for a new password and i got my new password and i immediately accessed the account and it opened. does yahoo have a hotline? or customer service for this kind of problem. because i definitely need one. my other problem is that i have not created an alternate email for it. how do i deal with this. help! please!
