My phone has been detected highly infected virus from the memory card. the virus is so huge that it cannot erase or even not detected by the anti-virus scanner. i already formatted my phone and the memory card but the VIRUS is so much attached on my phone to the point that it could not be able get rid from my phone's software.

this has happened to me once and was detected to be a virus either on the phone or most likely on the Memory card
try reformatting the phone:
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (call answer button, * button, and '3? button.
3. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone.
4. When the message 'Formatting' appears on the screen, release all of the buttons.
if it will re occur it only implies that your Memory card has been infected by a virus,,, you can also try reformatting your Memory card but you must do this in a computer...
use a card reader and once your PC has detected the memory card run antivirus 1st(this depend on the antivirus that your PC has)
click my computer right click on the your memory card and click on reformat...
NOTE: you may loose the files stored on it so please back up all important files before proceeding with the given steps...

For sure your mobile and your memory card is infected by a virus,might somebody send a bluetooth message to you or the virus comes from other memory card or your card has been plug into a computer which has a virus.this is a common problem of WD2 phones like 6600,3650 etc.

To fix this problem, scan your memory card to a computer which has an updated anti-virus installed.use a multi media card reader.after scanning and if detect any virus, erase it and install a mobile anti-virus application.

Download this application to your computer and install it on your mobile or memory card.

MOBILE ANTI-VIRUS

On your phone,you need to Format or reset your phone to remove the virus on your phone memory.By doing this, type *#7370# on your home screen,a lock code will be ask then enter your code (if you change the code before)or the default code is 12345.this will reset you phone and back to its original settings.

Take note that if you format your phone,be sure all important files like contacts,photos is back up because it will erase everything after the process.

you must do the 2 method, if you disregard one of them,it will still give problem because they will infect both system on phone memory and the memory card system.

change your memory card with new one.......or try to format it using Virus less PC.

Remove the memory card and read in PC by connecting memory card with card reader.Then scan for virus.After scanning non of virus found in memory card restore your phone settings.

Sounds like your camera has switched over to storing pictures on the internal memory which is very small. With the card out of the camera, go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Then, using a separate card reader, download any pics from the memory card. Then, insert the card back into the camera and do the "format" thing again to erase and initialize the card. Everything should be back to normal. By the way, your camera can't get a virus.

this because your phone infected by virus. try to virus clean first. you can also do format you memory card. but only format you memory card will not solution. you need clean you phone also. also you can format you phone.
NOTE: formatting your phone or memory card, you will lost you data so please backup you data first.

Download and install the AVAST anti-virus, this will solve your problem..

1. you can remove the memory card from your phone connect it to a card reader and format the memory card or scan for virus.
1. If you have a compatible cable to conect to PC then you can connect your phone is memory card mode (mass storage or data transfer mode) and then scan for virus. if the virus are detected from the anitvirus it's good else i would suggest you to format your memory card.

first check out memory card if it is ok scan ur pc and mobile device by antivirus programme format ur memory card after formatting immediat remove it now go to setting and master reset your phone and it will be ok
