Garmin GPS Nuvi 350 sound issue

The sound is totally dead after I heard some mp3s and audible files for a couple of days. Can anyone please suggest a way to revive the sound?

Nuvi 350 speaks when it wants to but works with headphones. There's no telling when the load speaker will work. It seems random.

More info needed. Have you tried using headphones? Is the sound clear there? If its good there, your speaker went bad.

u need to replace the battery, they last about 2 years on average.

Garmin GPS Says "GPS OFF"

You have to flip up the antenna on the back to turn the GPS on.

My Nuvi 350 was working perfectly but since i spgraded the system to 6.00, its sound is gone. No GPS or audible files, even no screen tap sounds. I tried the master re-boot but in vain. Any solution...

Garmins Nuvi 350 - voice interactive lost

I have the same problem with my Nuvi 350. It's only about 2 months old and the sound went. I turned it on the other day to use it and the sound did not sound right, it sounded like the speaker was blown. I turned it off and turned it back on and that was it, the sound was gone. I did everything possible and can't get the sound to come back. I called Garmin and now I have to send it in for repair. I looked around the web and noticed that Garmins have big issues with the sound going on the units. I hope they fix that issue.

Garmin Gps Nuvi 300/350 stopped talking

I got a solution for this issue - buy a SPI Mini-Hi-Fi speaker - it's to be connected directly to the GPS output, there is no cord or cable, it's very light, sounds pretty well and it's totally affordable (around $10).
I've been used it for weeks, no problem at all!!!!!!!!!!!
