there could be a couple of reason why it wont accept the radio pin.
Its possible that the radio pin you have is the orginal and maybe at same stage there was a fault with orginal radio and it was replaced under warranty the code wasn't updated .
Other is the bcm has been changed the codes hasn't been updated .
If you have the PIN and PUK numbers both, and none or any of them isn't working then. THe Code has been changed by your service providers.
Just contact your network provider and ask them for the code. They will give your your code for free. Its your right to know.

Hello, Unless you have setup a PIN for scanning when you installed the printer the default PIN is 0000. If you setup a pin and don't remember, go to the Lexmark Productivity Studio, click on setup and diagnose printer, then on left side select Advanced, another screen will pop up click on Networking and another screen will appaer at the bottom there is a link that reads Change your PC name and PIN for network scanning, click there and you should be able to see and/or change the PIN. Good Luck and don't forget to rate this answer.
that's is a driver issue.. you need to uninstall your current printer driver and then restart your computer .. and then install it again,,, because your scanner application has been corrupt..
SOLUTION:
Download

WORKAROUND:
Follow the steps below:
Load the slides or negatives in the TMA and place it on the scanner glass.

to scan everything.
After
the scan is completed, change the settings from glass to scan
slide/negative from TMA. The unit will scan again and show the four
slides or negatives in the preview.
Click on the first picture in the scan preview and make the following changes:

change the resolution to 72 dpi
Click on the second picture in the scan preview and make the same changes described above.
Click on the third picture and then the fourth picture and make the same changes.
Click
Accept
. The correctly scanned slide or negative images will be saved in the Gallery.
Go to the Lexmark Imaging icon (located on the taskbar) and look to the left and down the bottom. You will see Network Settings, click on the "view or change network settings." When you get in, uncheck the "I WISH TO REQUIRE A PIN TO SCAN TO MY COMPUTER" and then press OK. This will remove the pin setting from your scanner. Lexmark technical support just did that for me, now my printer does not ask for a pin number.
