Follow the below mentioned steps :

1.Turn on the LED TV and let it warm up for 30 to 40 minutes before making any changes or adjustments.
2. Put on the lights that you would normally use when watching the TV. You want to create the same ambiance that would constitute normal watching conditions for you. Make sure there is no glare or reflection from other items in the room such as a mirror.
3.Open the menu on the screen of the LED TV with your remote control and find the options for adjusting the color, contrast and brightness. Menu options will vary by TV, but look for options that will say "Contrast," "Color" and "Brightness."
4.Start with the "Brightness" control. It would be best to have a DVD playing so that you can get a better idea of the control settings. Pause the picture at a place that you can see a variety of scenery, such as sky, mountains and people in the forefront. Adjust the "Brightness" by pressing the up and down arrows until you are happy with the picture. Press "Save" or "OK" to set the brightness at this level.
5.Repeat this with the "Contrast" and "Color" controls, remembering to save your settings. Look for the "Mode" setting. Press the arrow to get to "Normal" or "Movie/Cinema." Press that setting and save it.6.Turn off any settings that are titled "Flesh Tone Correction" or "Vivid Sports." These will make the colors unnatural, use up energy and damage the TV over time.

This is caused by one of two things; a bad LED grouping (most common cause) either because the LEDs are bad or the power distributor fuse is blown and the group isn't getting power from the power supply unit. Or two: bad pixel group. But I'd check your backlight power supply for bad connections, blown fuses, or check your led groups for bad leds.
