Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. [Fault: Main system control memory IC fault. This is a very small IC; have 8 solder terminals, and can be located very near to the main system control-chroma IC. Check and replace it. Be sure to replace it with the same number printed on it; in all respect. Otherwise, it won't go.]

Main system control memory IC is faulty. Contact any sevice technician to replace it. This is not a user repairable fault.

Power supply probably needs to be replaced if you don't even hear the relay click after the power is switched on.

Get the manual from the mfg web site or try to google it.

please follow the steps below:

try the volume if this works then press SELECT to save the code. If not then press TV again then the volume. repeat this step until the volume works then press the SELECT button to save the code.

Sorry to say, you can replace the entire TV cheaper than a new plasma panel as they run about 2000.00
