Please help, this beeping noise want stop and I hope I haven't lost all of my pictures, pleases help

The noise you can hear is not a good one, it is a seek error which means the drive is dead, there are companies who can recover the data but it is not cheap.

I have a Lexmark E360d and every time I print it beeps. How do I turn that off?

Quite mode OFF is the default factory settings. To reduce noise produced by the printer, quite mode need to be turned ON. This will reduce the amount of noise but this will set the printer run at half speed.

To do this click on Menu Button > General settings> Quite Mode> ON and then press the check button to submit.

Grinding Noise

sounds like the light engine there are alot of problems with the light engines and quite a few have had a grinding noise. The only other possibility would be the color wheel. But I would lean heavier toward the light engine being the fault.

Under counter Bosch,grinding noise

It sound like a pump issue. Open the service panel, remove the pump and try to rotate its pulley manually, it should turn freely. In case it doesn't,check if it is clear from any foreign object or it should be replaced. Good luck !
