I have a Colibri BOSS cigar cutter lighter. As usual the handles for the cutter have broken away from the blades. The handles are riveted to the blades and so I need at least on blade/handle combo. In the past Colibri would not sell me the blades but insisted on me sendind the complete lighter in. Now, they won't get back\to me.

Usualy there are screw at the bottom.
If there are no screws at all. that means the lighter is assembled in 'click-on' way and you have to use your imaginary engineering skills.
Start with a part which looks attached to lighter the last.
