The Vacuum Condenser message has come on. Where is the Condenser in my Sub Zero fridge Problem ?

Its not necessary when "Vacuum Condenser" light is blinking means That condenser is dirty. That light will come on if compressor running too long. Most common problem is that Evaporator coil in fresh food section is leaking freon. It still might keep temps ok, but compressor need to run much more to keep temperature you set. check back wall in fresh food section on left side at the middle, behind drawers. if you see moisture in one spot or a little bit of ice build up, then You will need to call people who can replace evaporator. It is pretty expensive fix. I made video how it looks to repair this problem. Thanks.

Usually vacuum condenser light is on, not because of condenser coils dirty, but low on refrigerant unit, so compressor is running longer then usually. You can shut your subzero off at breaker box, if light will keep coming on in day or two, you will need to call service to replace evaporator. Most likely evaporator in Fresh food section has leak(at list its most common place). Check this video I made, even if Your Sub Zero sideXside it still will look the same about changing evaporator. "Vacuum Condenser" light on this refrigerator will appear if you have any kind of issues - some of their models would have "Service" light instead of Vacuum Condenser. As My expirience shows Most likely Your Fresh food section is low on refrigerant - Evaporator might leak freon - so what we would have in this case - compressor runs for longer time then suppose to - as a result "Vacuum Condenser" or (some models) "Service" appears. Another sigh of low freon pressure people would notice ice build up on the back wall of the refrigerator section on the left side on the middle. MOST LIKELY FRIDGE SECTION IS LOW ON FREON! "VACUUM CONDENSER" WILL COME ON IF COMPRESSOR RUNS MORE THAN IT SHOULD BE. COMMON THING IS LEAKING EVAPORATOR COILS IN FRESH FOOD SECTION. CHECK MY VIDEO, I HOPE IT HELPS.

The condensor is usually located under the fridge. You should be able to remove the grill in the front to get to it.

clean your condenser coils. located in the top part of the fridge. unplug the unit before service. vaccum the condenser. if after 2 or 3 weeks the vaccum condenser comeback is really posible that you have an evaporator freon leak. in the fridge side

It is just a message advising you to clean the condenser behind the top access panel. Basically an "idiot light" kind of thing although it should be cleaned about once a year

Turn the refrigerator off for a minute to reset the vaccum condenser light.
