You might have a restriction in the outlet hose. Worse, you might have a bad pump.
It is easy to check for the constriction. Pour water into the tub, set the timer for the spin cycle and watch how strong/fast the water leaves the hose. Check for water beneath the tub.
You have to shut your wall inlet pipe after your wash is over. If the leak persists you only have to change the inlet valve, which you can do yourself, see internet for spares quoting your washer number, model. It is good to keep the valve closed when the machine has finished it's wash.
For unlocking hold down "end of cycle" button at right side of panel for 3 - 5 seconds. The door remains locked when there is water in the machine, it does not want to wet your floor. Today's machines are smart. Helped?
Hello Kimberley, It appears that a part of your question is cut off so i may be off base here but what i am reading is that your washer will go through the wash cycle and drain the wash water then just quit?? is that what is happeningIf yes that is whats going on i think what is happening is that after the wash cycle it fills with only COLD WATER for the rinse cycle and its not filling with the rinse water and just sits their until the rinse cycle water is filled and if its not getting cold water into the washer its not going to do anything If it is filling with cold water my apologies my bad for misinterpreting what the question reads and i ask ya to re-ask it. the fill valve is an electric magnet valve and sounds like it is stuck unplug machine disconnect water lines plug in and when u turn on does it click, if yes then unplug try to slide a long qtip in and if it goes in replace valve
i assume that the warer is turn on at the warer valves if so then do you have voltage at the water valve if not then water pressure switch could be bad or main control board could be bad
