Hi Sir/Madam,
We sell about 10pcs DL380 G7 to a customer with this config: 2P x5660, 64GB RAM (8*8GB), P410/512MB, 8*300GB 10K HDD, 2*750W Power.
and in several times about each week, 1 or 2pcs from each servers show fail, but after check the rams all are correct and not crashed, this problem have very worry for me because I don't know how I can solved the problem, Please help me how I can solved the problem.

Turn the computer off.
Unplug its power-cord.
Connect its power-cord.
Turn the computer on, and enter "BIOS SETUP".
Check the "Boot Options", to ensure that your RAID-array is listed as one (preferably the first) of the bootable devices.
There is a small dip switch on the board. It may be set to disable. Location should be indicated inside case cover. If not download HP product bulletin.
