You may be against the stops. this is a mechanical stop and if ANY suspension movement happens, there is a noise. Try slightly less than full turn to the right and backing up....if no noise, lube the turning stops with lubriplate (grease).
If the noise persists, investigate VC joints.

Aveo noise when turning and breaking

Sounds like the wheel nuts are not fully tightened on the wheels.I would check that first. Some shops use a "torque" bar when tightening wheels which can result in loose wheel nuts due to rusty/tight/damaged wheel stud threads creating a false torque reading and loose wheel nuts.

When turning steering wheel - either way, clunking sound.

Sounds like you have a bad CV joint, this will make a clunking or clicking noise like you described only when turning, and varies with vehicle speed.

Have it repaired before it breaks and leaves you stranded, or damages anything else.

Clunking sound in reverse 4 wheel drive

Some is typical and some could be sign of worn u joints Have u joints inspected for loosness When in 4 wheel drive the front and read tires compete with eachother especially when turning causing a hopping or chirping. U joints are under alot of stress in tight turns and might make nois as well again check to see if worn and at the same time lube them if equiped with fittings
