I contacted three of our "off the grid" suppliers that normally have parts that others don't and was told that none of them have the compressor. They didn't even have a suggestion on a compressor that would be the same size and rating as the compressor on the Franklin Chef - BUT since it was primarily sold as an outdoor refrigerator that had to stand up to the elements - they had no suggestions that could be used.
Sorry, but there just doesn't seem to be anything left in anyones stock piles for your unit.
Generally speaking a replacement compressor can be specified using information from the old one . but sometimes there are slight differences in footprint, and tube arrangements that can make it more difficult. I find compressor changes are done much better in the shop. If this unit is small enough you could take it to an independent shop and have it done, or they could come out. Overall the cost of a compressor replacement may be high enough to consider just getting a new unit.
Franklin Chef offers an outdoor model, this link may help you fid something and save you the search for those parts that will be expensive to replace.
