Our hand held shower head does not stay in a straight downpour position. When the head is put back onto the bracket, the head turns either towards the wall or the shower curtain. The coil is stainless steel covered with plastic. We've tried twisting the coil but it still doesn't point downwards.

Should be a small screw that will tighten the holder itself.

SOURCE: adjustable (tension) shower curtain rod too long

Yes you can ! You only have to pull off the rubber end cap and cut it , file off ant burrs. Cut the SMALLER diameter end only, the other end contains the spring !

SOURCE: hand held shower head leaking

If it leaks continuously during use, verify that a rubber washer was used in that connection and that the connection is tight.

If it only leaks after the water is shut-off, there is a vacuum breaker installed there, which prevents water from siphoning back into your water system. It is normal for water to drain at this connection when the water is shut off.

Probably it is due to a losen hand shower holder. You need to take it out and fasten it.

My hand held came off the hose. When I put it back on it just pops off as soon as the water pressure starts. How can I fix it?

It sound as if the hose end is no longer crimped onto the hose nut fitting. You need a new hose. If you have the purchase reciept call Hansgrohe and they can replace it under warranty if you qualify.

Where can i find a mounting bracket for a hand held shower without buy a whole new showerhead?

im sure that home depot or lowes (worst case you will have to go to a local plumbing supplier) will have one (by another brand) that will do the trick. you should bring the shower head/hardware w/you to make sure but culligan does not sell the part seperately. (bums) hope this helps but if you need anything else just ask:)

I just installed the valve new. I have a shoewe head and a hand held that feed from the unit. It was intended to 1) serve the shower heas alone, 2) serve the hand held unit alone, 3) put water to both...

Assuming that your two heads are fed from the typical curved wall mounted shower pipe, what you need is a diverter valve. Removed both heads till it's down to just that curved pipe. Get a diverter valve from a plumbing supply store. Tell the sales folks that you want to install a diverter valve so that in one position, the hand held receives water and in the other, it cuts the hand held and puts it to the reg. shower head instead. They should give you a "T" sort of fitting. The female threads of this screws into that curved shower pipe. Then you will find two male thread ends. These connect to both your shower heads. Finally there will be a push/pull knob that is operated to control which head gets the water.

No water flow

Have you checked to see if the hose was put on backward? Some hoses have backflow preventers on them and it wont work if they are on backward.

Shower - Rain head won't turn off so hand held can be used solo.

Probably the fitting is not working properly. Please change the fitting.
