My e-machine (T2332? or T2382? Can't remember for sure) about 5 years old was working fine yesterday. Then today, I go to turn it on and I press the power button on the front and the light just flashes blue as I press it and nothing happens at all. From what I've researched so far it could be the motherboard or power supply. Thanks for your help.

When it comes to home electrical make sure that when you plug into a electrical socket that the plug is tight in the socket.If the plug is not tight in the socket,have the socket replaced with a new socket.worn out sockets can trip breakers,throw sparks and cause fires.

I looked up your model number. You particular machine allows for wash with the lid open. You nothing happens. On that case I would check the motor capacitor.

One of the coils might have shorted out to the pan:

The only way to know exactly whats wrong is to do some checking. Unplug the machine and make sure the pigtail (cord) is attached securely to the dryer terminal block. Then get into the machine and check the components to see which one is shorted.

Unfortunately, external hard drives go bad. A 320 is probably a few years old, I replace mine about every 3 years to be sure. I know it sounds funny, but things work till they don't. Just because it was working yesterday does not mean it will work today. It is possible there is a setting in your XP or 7 to keep from seeing the drive, but doubtful it changed on both systems between yesterday and today.

The description sounds like the switch has failed due to it's internal contacts arcing. I have a like problem with Mary214 that is ongoing. Please follow that thread to find your fix.

If you hear the Lamp fan turn, it is probably the lamp it self that has failed. If you do not hear the lamp fan turn then the fan could be bad or binding.

is the tv a rear projection if so it the bulb you will need to replace it

Did you recently remove the daisy wheel cartridge? If you did... did you remember to slide the lever on the right hand side do the cartridge carrier back into its original position to lock the cassetted daisy wheel in place? Remember...make sure to press the lever firmly.

Close the top cover.

Press [CODE] + [RESET] at the same time to moe hte carrier to the previous position.

yesterday the player worked fine, today it wont play and it wont turn off, its about one year old
